打开eclipse Markeplace
我想使用eclipse marketplace添加svn插件，但是当我尝试这样做时，我有这个例外：

我担心，这不是代理。 也不是杀毒软件。 我有同样的问题，也没有帮助。 但是你的Eclipse根本无法到达某个站点，因为默认情况下java 7会让Eclpse通过协议IP6到达它，而Eclipse实际上并不支持它，至少在4.3版本中是这样。
转到cmd，使用
setx _JAVA_OPTIONS -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true
重启eclipse，它会工作。
