原因是您在事件调度线程中运行for循环(请参阅事件调度线程 )。 这是发生所有用户界面交互的线程。

如果您正在运行一个长任务,那么您应该在另一个线程中运行它,以便用户界面保持响应。 如果需要在用户界面上进行更改,例如更改JTextPane中的文本并将插入位置设置为与事件调度线程不同的线程,则需要调用EventQueue.invokeLater()EventQueue.invokeAndWait() (见EventQueue )。

我认为设置插入位置的触发事件在您的情况下排队,并且只能在循环结束时处理(导致两者都在事件调度线程中处理)。 所以你应该尝试这样的事情:
